Satin Bomber Jacket Paris Chic French Fashion
ICYMI, Emily Cooper is dorsum (!)—and her wardrobe is more statement-making than ever. I know it feels impossible that later a whirlwind offset season (and tons of colorful lewks), Emily in Paris could have an even wilder 2nd season, simply it'southward happened. And frankly, it'due south the lark we (read: I) could use right about at present.
Of grade, amidst the drama, there is e'er ~manner~ to fawn over (and clarify). Luckily, the bear witness'southward costume designer, Marylin Fitoussi, has given the states plenty to work with for season 2—including a treasure trove of both designer and vintage looks. So allow's get started, shall we? A deep swoop into Emily Cooper's wardrobe waits for no one.

Episode one
We're already starting the flavour off strong with Emily's colorful office 'fit, people. Have I always wanted a rainbow striped polo before? Absolutely not. Am I fully obsessed with this cheery knit now that I've seen it? You better believe information technology. Of course, considering Emily is non known to stop at 1 atypical argument slice, she'southward also wearing a bold green belt with a bluish and green miniskirt. And to top it all off, a gorge greenish coat and coordinating bag. It's a far, far cry from the sweatsuit I'm wearing while working from dwelling.
Of course, I'd be remiss to skip over Camille's incredibly chic Balmain blazer (those buttons!) paired with Patou wide-leg pants and a Patou wicker bag. She looks pretty damn expert for someone who'due south distraught almost her confusing boyfriend (er, ex-boyfriend).
After in the episode, the gang gets all gussied upward (a term at which I'g sure Sylvia would scoff) to see Mindy perform at a French drag show. Emily sticks with her tried-and-true colour-heavy aesthetic and wears a sequin ane-shoulder Isabel Marant wearing apparel—that's sold out everywhere, of form. (🙄) At least it'll alive in our hearts forever.
Episode ii
Afterwards getting ditched (rightfully so though?) by Mathieu earlier arriving in Saint-Tropez, Emily is understandably a bit disheveled—but you'd never know it based on her ensemble. She casually steps off the train in a vintage Courrèges dress and a seriously stunning vintage coat. On top of that, though, she's wearing Valentino sunglasses (!), Vivienne Westwood for Melissa heels, Maison Fabre gloves, and a vintage scarf. It's very Hollywood glam (which is ironic, considering she's on vacay in the French Riviera).
Afterward accepting the fact that this is turning into a girls' weekend though, Emily treats herself to a lil solo moment—oysters and selfies (that obvi get viral) included—wearing a Dolce & Gabbana patchwork clothes. (And while she looks fab in this pattern-clashing outfit, nosotros do wish that she'd chosen a designer without a racially insensitive and homophobic past.)
The look is finished with a maximalist Louboutin bag and Marimekko saucepan hat.
Once the girlies arrive, Emily slips into a flirty lilac Magali Pascal apparel perfect for a day in the sun. She accessorizes with some rainbow Terry Dehavilland heels, a Carel France handbag (oh là là), and cute Miu Miu sunglasses.
Episode three
Wow, nosotros beloved a romantic rainy moment! And you know what makes it fifty-fifty ameliorate? A stunning Self-Portrait orange apron and vintage Hermès jacket from the '80s. This wait is giving the perfect amount of prep—and somehow actually looks five good when wet. If we had gotten a kiss between Emily and Gabriel in this scene, information technology would have been perfect. Alas, the tension builds.
Afterward in the episode, Emily wears a luxurious birthday ensemble fit for a French queen. Donning a Rotate Birger Christensen bow dress, a cute Rianna + Nina kimono, and Tana Chung jewelry, our heroine enjoys a chill dinner party with her new friends—until Camille makes things, um, interesting (to say le to the lowest degree). Happy birthday, Em!
Episode iv
Returning the omelet pan your one-night stand gave y'all, confronting your aroused French BFF, and navigating a difficult course—all in a day's work. At to the lowest degree Em's got a mix of designer and affordable manner to keep her looking precipitous through it all—including a Dolce & Gabbana patchwork fix and a Zara check blazer.
Afterwards, our star steps out for an impromptu cooking lesson with Gabriel and shopping with a new pal wearing a Mary Katrantzou dress layered under a jaw-dropping Vassilis Zoulias jacket. She finishes off the await with a Zara studded bag (relatable!), Skorpios leather boots, bright yellow gloves, and an IG-worthy cheque bucket hat.
Episode 5
As Emily hesitantly makes a pact with Camille that neither of them will ever appointment Gabriel (!), she dons an eye-catching neon check meridian from Zara paired with a bold xanthous blazer and a colorful, flirty miniskirt. (This is the tertiary time we've seen the marketing ingenue in this trendy cheque print, btw.)
Episode 5 is lowkey filled with keen ensembles, simply this Anouki heart-adorned apparel is especially notable. Emily's red lipstick, center necklace, and retro headband really make the 'fit pop as well. Très bien!
Episode 6
On the opening nighttime of Chez Lavaux, Em steps out in Vassilis Zoulias in one case again. This time, it's a beautiful magenta dress with a low back—of which we get just a glimpse when she'south not wearing a belted maximalist trench, that is.
Later, while doing some ~light~ trouble-solving at the office, Emily wears what's quickly becoming one of my fave outfits: a simple striped top, Valentino middle skirt, and a Barrie blazer. Information technology'due south one of her simpler looks, but it still packs a punch.
Episode vii
The temps are hot and the outfits are hotter in episode 7. Plus, the romance is ramping upwards between Emily and Alfie. Is information technology the weather or something else? If the pink hues in our star'south ensemble (the Balmain tweed skirt is the pièce de résistance) are whatever clue, I'd say at that place's love on the horizon.
Episode viii
The French actually exercise know how to mix work with pleasance—as Em's trip to Camille'south family unit château proves. And of form, Emily uses the route trip equally an opportunity to wearing apparel up in a Cocky-Portrait belted dress and coordinating blazer. Topped off with some oversize sunnies and her classic camera phone instance, she's ready for any the visit holds.
Episode 9
Episode 9 starts off with a classic Emily Cooper ensemble: a vintage jumpsuit, plaid brusk-sleeve jacket, beret (obvi), Prada shoulder handbag, and fingerless gloves (an iconic accessory). Information technology'south quite the nod to Emily in Paris season 1, don't you think?
When her Chicago boss, Madeline, arrives (and yes, still pregnant), Emily dresses to impress. Wearing an adorable Maje sweater, red buttoned skirt, and Zara arrange belong topped off with a Valentino belt and mesomorphic pearl necklace, Em definitely looks like she has it all totally together.
Episode 10
Ooh, we have a finale, folks. And Emily in Paris season ii is going out with a bang—in the form of a cherry tulle gown, of course. While in attendance at a fashion show at Versailles, Emily wears a gorgeous, over-the-top H&One thousand 10 Giambattista Valli dress. This is perhaps the well-nigh realistic 'fit for her, considering the collab was an affordable way to shop designer. In fact, the gown retailed for $399 when it was originally released in 2019.
For her final look of the season, Emily goes all out with some five pretty vintage pieces. She makes a (dramatic simply expected!) beloved revelation virtually Gabriel wearing a Fendi chiffon top from 2000 and vintage Versace dress adorned with sea creatures. We'll accept to await to see if she can swim upstream after seeing her true love with Camille again though. Until next season!
